Niko Clark
Founder of Yah-way Yielded Hands Massage Therapy Center | Author of What the Frick is Wrong with My Hip?

With over 10 years of dedicated experience in massage therapy, Niko Clark is a passionate healer, educator, and entrepreneur who has shaped her career around one simple belief: the body can heal when given the right tools and care. As the founder of Yah-way Yielded Hands Massage Therapy Center, Niko offers an intentional, holistic approach to massage therapy, with a focus on personalized healing that addresses each client’s unique needs.

Serving clients across the Middle Georgia area—including Warner Robins, Byron, Kathleen, Perry, and Macon—Niko’s clientele continues to grow, thanks to her deep expertise in orthopedic distribution and soft tissue rehabilitation. She treats both new and recurring clients each week, providing effective solutions for acute, subacute, and chronic dysfunctions. Her passion for healing also extends to local business owners, with whom she has partnered with to offer relief to their patrons through customized therapeutic treatments.

Niko’s influence doesn’t stop with her practice. As a Registered Yoga Trainer®, continuing education unit provider, and industry instructor, she’s also dedicated to empowering other professionals. She leads specialized seminars and workshops, sharing her vast knowledge on Muscle Movement Massage and numerous therapeutic techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprio-Neuromuscular Facilitation, Shiatsu, and many more. Niko is deeply committed to educating both aspiring and experienced massage therapists, students, and business owners, and her work is reshaping the way the industry approaches soft tissue health.

Adding to her growing list of accomplishments, Niko is also an author. Her book, What the Frick is Wrong with My Hip? from the Yielded Hands Freedom Collection, is a groundbreaking exploration of hip health. In this innovative guide, Niko delves into the importance of the hips, not only as physical structures but as vessels for the body’s spiritual energy. She introduces readers to a four-phase process designed to unlock the true potential of their hips and their healing. The book challenges readers to look deeper into their body’s needs, asking powerful questions like, “What locked it up, locked it down, locked it inside, or locked it outside?” It’s a call to take intentional steps toward healing, both physically and spiritually, by connecting with one’s own inner energy.

Niko's extensive education is matched by her devotion to client care. She provides tailored therapy plans, often recommending 4-8 sessions for soft tissue resurgence, ensuring long-term results and optimal healing. With her commitment to both education and healing, Niko’s work is reshaping the massage therapy industry, one client and seminar at a time.

At Yah-way Yielded Hands, every treatment, seminar, and page is part of Niko's mission to heal, educate, and empower. Every touch is more than a treatment – it’s a journey of healing, restoration, and empowerment.
